Aristocrat has maintained its role as a leader in both the online and land-based gaming markets by staying up to date with the latest innovations. While these developments are usually discovered behind closed doors, Aristocrat is now welcoming the public in to find out what they want to see in order to improve gaming experiences for players in all types of gaming venues.

Connecting with Gaming Partners

The Insight to Innovation customer advisory forum was a two-day event in which Aristocrat executives interacted with leaders in slots technology and casino operation. The company wanted to use the event to work closely with its gaming partners in order to ensure that it is on the right track when it comes to releasing new games, systems and software on casino floors around the world.

“We are keenly focused on helping our customers grow their business and entertain their patrons with innovations that truly stand out on the gaming landscape” says Matt Wilson, Aristocrat’s Managing Director of the Americas. “With forums like this, customers can share their insights with us and with each other, and that enables us to become an even better business partner.”

There were several sessions that were dedicated to customer feedback. These discussions gave casino operators the chance to let Aristocrat know what their customers think of the slots games and administrative systems offered by the company. The forum was also host to breakout presentations on various gaming topics such as game design philosophy, loyalty, mobile gaming and floor performance management.

Keeping Close Bonds

Attendees of the event noted how useful it was for their gaming operators. Being able to directly interact with professionals from Aristocrat allowed them to voice their concerns and provide them with reassurance that they are working with an effective gaming partner.

“Aristocrat is taking our suggestions and concerns to make the products better, which allows us to buy in and become one with Aristocrat, one with the software, and support it,” says Vicki Baggett, Players Club Manager at Win-River Resort & Casino. That makes us feel valued and part of the team, which solidifies our relationship and makes running a casino so much easier”.
