This month, Jupiters Casino is celebrating its 30-year anniversary. November has been full of all sorts fantastic events for patrons of the casino to mark this occasion. The casino was built in 1985, and it was originally named Conrad Jupiters Casino and Resort. It was the first casino in Queensland, and helped to pave the way for The Reef Hotel, Treasury Casino and Jupiters Townsville.
When the casino first opened, 1400 staff were employed at the property – and, 40 of these employees still work at the casino to this day! So, 30 years to business is certainly something to celebrate.
