The introduction of these new measures shortly after Vicky Coren left Team PokerStars. She was a member of the professional poker team for years, but decided to leave now that PokerStars is offering casino games. Although she plays poker for a living, she draws a distinctive line between casino games and poker – identifying the former as potentially dangerous.
As such, Coren has left PokerStars because she could not support the site’s decision to launch games like online pokies and table games.
