Age of Egypt Introduction
Step back into the golden age of Egypt in search of riches beyond all imagination. Will you be lucky enough to uncover the secret treasures of the Pharoah? Age of Egypt transports you across time and space, bringing you to rest in Ancient Egypt, a time of myths and gods and infinite riches.
The reels of the game are richly decorated in gorgeous colours, generously tipped in gold with scarabs, hieroglyphs and gods on hand to point you in the direction of treasures beyond your wildest dreams. The game’s playing area is set against a desert background, offering glimpses of the mighty pyramids along with a portico entrance to a tomb guarded by an imposing statue.
The reels themselves are lavishly decorated with gold and topped by twin pyramids on either side of the game’s title. The game is played across five reels, each displaying three symbols, which range from the usual playing cards to a selection of Egyptian artefacts and hieroglyphs. The background music is gentle and melodic, adding to the overall sense of atmosphere.
In search of treasure
Age of Egypt by Playtech is simple to follow and easy to play, so you don’t need to spend much time familiarising yourself with the game’s controls before diving straight in to see whether luck is on your side. Tomb raiding
The dog-headed god Anubis offers up a bonus round when he appears in three or more places consecutively across the reels. You’ll be taken to his tomb, where you are invited to click on golden artefacts, which will reveal further riches to you.
Three Anubis symbols offers you the opportunity to select three of the six artefacts on show, whilst four or five Anubis symbols give you the chance to select either four or five of the artefacts, adding to your overall prize pot in the process.
